I went into Nai's Training Diary with an open mind because I'd played a lot of explicit games. A game needs to do a lot to frighten me these days, but there was something disconcerting about this one. It is a very explicit visual novel-style experience, but I can see this being a game that splits opinion considerably in terms of concept and plot. Despite the fact that I am sharing my thoughts on it today, I feel you should play this type of game on your own and form your own opinions.
Unfortunately, Nai:
Personally, I considered Nai's Training Diary's plot to be dull. Nai is a small child who has been abused her entire life. As a result, she is unusual and lacks social skills. You effectively get to select how you want to "raise" her now that she's moved in with you. I just didn't feel right about being harsh to her and treating her like a sex object. I enjoy playing explicit games and have made some poor decisions, but for this game, I had to play it straight and always be the nice guy.
Putting her in her place or annihilating her:
The gameplay of Nai's Training Diary is comparable to that of a visual novel, with a dash of role-playing thrown in for good measure. For example, during a conversation early in the game, you have three alternatives. You can offer her a gentle head massage, ignore her, or be harsh and force her to remove her clothes! Even though you have the option to attempt to rewrite the story the way you want it, Nai is still mistreated by others.
There's also a statistics system to consider; you must keep track of both Nai's emotional state and your financial situation. Nai will be in a "upset" mood at first, but this may change depending on your activities. She also has a statistics panel, which displays data on dance, stress, knowledge, sociability, politeness, and other topics. These will fill and then empty depending on how things go.
That Dreadful Glow:
Nai's Training Diary is a graphically appealing game, but it also irritates me. The game has an appealing realistic anime style, and I believe the artist did an excellent job not only making the backgrounds but also the characters. Nai is an amazing figure, and I was drawn to her even more because of the genuine melancholy in her form. This was a very clever design choice, and I believe it was done on purpose. It goes without saying that the way she was abused offended me. In my perspective, the insufficient translation into English does not assist issues either.
In the most recent Nais Training Diary APK version, you can meet the characters.
