Let me be the first to admit that I have absolutely no idea what the plot of Castle of Temptation is: According to what I've gathered, young adventurers travel to this strange castle to learn how to become greater heroes, and they do so by fighting their way through the castle, dealing with the scary succubus and other animals. While the tale isn't bad, I'd like to see more of it.

Throwing like Noah:

I realize this is an odd comparison when discussing Castle of Temptation, but it reminds me of this bizarre biblical game where you play as Noah (from Noah's Ark fame) and can lift things over his head and fling them around. That's basically what we're up against: You must platform your way through the fortress as the young explorer. The platforming is clumsy, but you can pick up and hurl items, which is where the "puzzle" component of the game comes into play. Even if the controls are clumsy, it's a fun game that gets better the more you play.

Having your way with your superiors:

In Castle of Temptation, there are boss battles, and they are insane: You must witness this for yourself; our "hero" possesses a gigantic dong, which I will not disclose more about. In any case, the level of the boss encounters in this game ranges from easy to devastating. Some players may abandon the game after the second-level boss. Boss fights are one of my favorite aspects of the game, although I believe some of them are unbalanced here.

The pixel art in Castle of Temptation is fantastic, but it's also totally odd, and there's a lot of "juice" flying around, but wow, is it brilliantly done: Because the characters are more entertaining than sexy, it appears like there is some XXX type of activity happening every few feet that you go. The animation and sprite quality in this game is outstanding, and it's funnier than anything else. This game will not "get you off," if you know what I mean, but I am confident you will admire the art.
